Skills

Simple solutions require complex processes

Below a little more about how she sees and believes she has developed each skill

01

Research

I have already carried out several user surveys with different methodologies: quantitative, qualitative, shadowing, moderated and unmoderated tests, among others.

And I recognize the importance of crossing data from different research to carry out more complete and assertive analyses, find problems, pain points and generate insights that really help direct the design process of each solution.

02

Strategy

I value having in-depth knowledge about the company and its objectives, the market, analyzing data and knowing how to mediate and find a balance between the interests of stakeholders, the company and the best experience for the user.

03

UI/UX

I believe it is important to have both skills well developed to become a complete professional and I have worked on both fronts. I take design processes seriously and know which ones to prioritize in each case, since in real life deadlines are always tight.

I know the importance of accessibility in interfaces,
and have a technical repertoire to know how to instruct and make the best decisions.

04

Innovation

I see this skill as one of the most difficult and necessary to put into practice.

For this it is important to study, study and study. Always be up to date with the latest market news and do the daily exercise of reflecting on how to implement new ideas in companies that often have bureaucratic systems or are agile but disorganized.

Without fear of proposing changes and, in addition to defending, knowing how to sell new ideas – a challenge that is worth it for the sake of innovation.
